Wastewater control, PH balancing

In the regulations of water and sewage corporations, prohibited wastewater is defined as “liquids with a pH value lower than 6 or higher than 10 in a field test.”

Industrial wastewater in various sectors is characterized by pH values that exceed the permitted range (dairies, food and beverage industries, surface treatment and metal coating industries, laundries, slaughterhouses, galvanizing plants, and more). Deviations in wastewater pH values affect wastewater conveyance and treatment systems by causing corrosion to pipes and manholes, corrosion to iron and metals, salt precipitation, release of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and ammonia (NH3), and the formation of calcium carbonate deposits at pH levels above 9. We install and maintain reliable and efficient systems for monitoring, balancing, and correcting pH levels in industrial wastewater.

We install balancing systems that include, among other components:

  • Proportional dosing for saving neutralizing liquid.
  • Shutting down dosing pumps in case of a malfunction or imbalance.
  • Remote control capability (via the internet) for monitoring and operation.
  • Automatic cleaning systems for the electrode and balancing tank.
  • Data logging.
  • Graphical display.
  • Receiving local alerts, SMS, and email notifications for malfunctions, neutralizing liquid level drops, and errors.
  • Option to add sensors for measuring additional parameters.

Our control and monitoring systems are designed to the highest standards, utilizing advanced technologies and high-quality materials. These systems deliver high accuracy, long-term durability, and reliable performance even in challenging conditions. We are committed to providing dependable and efficient solutions tailored to customer needs, meeting the strictest requirements of various industries.

Our team provides maintenance services for balancing systems nationwide!
